Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The present paper deals with the development of internal audit as one of the key procedures in providing the correspondence between quality management system and the requirements of international standard ISO 9001. Models of audit procedures are compared and criteria for the effectiveness, efficiency and manageability are developed. Suggested measures meet the requirements of paragraph 4.1., because such procedure must be considered as outsourcing process in case of internal audit carried out by an outsourcing organization.
