Theoretical and experimental data of mass transfer coefficients in continuous phase for drops in liquid - liquid extraction process have been discovered in this article. Here is shown that the use of theoretical mass transfer models and empirical equations for gravitation field are uncorrected for calculation of continuous phase mass transfer coefficients around drops, moving in centrifugal field. A new criterial equation for mass transfer coefficients in continuous phase around drops, moving in rotating inviscid liquid has been suggested.
