The authors present a whole new set of problems in the evaluation of scientific activity researchers that have appeared in the past few years due to the introduction of the " scientific revolution " now such a popular bibliometric parameter, which is the h-index ( Hirsch index ). It has been noted that despite the originality of approach you choose this parameter, it cannot be considered in the general case adequate to describe the real citing of a specific researcher and of their scientific valuation, although it is in varying degrees, and is correlated with it.
