Because of the objective necessity of the formation of physical and healthy lifestyle of the growing generation in a higher institution there appeared the need of the development of the content of physical and health competence of students on the basis of mobile learning. The development of the competence that includes the complex of cultural and professional competences declared in the federal state educational standard of higher professional education is introduced in the context of B. Bloom’s taxonomy on the basis of the system of training levels. The formation of physical and health competence of students with the help of mobile learning allows to realize the training technology that meet the modern youth demands and are orientated on the innovations, creativity, initiatives and interests of both teachers and students.
