At carrying out reform of system of military education for achievement of positive result it is necessary to consider satisfaction not only needs of the state, but also the personality, it is necessary to strengthen attention to a human factor, to provide realization of principles of social partnership, to provide regular receiving feedback from the interested subjects of reform. It is necessary to consider opinion, both teachers of military higher education institutions, and cadets, representatives of the various public associations which are engaged in a military perspective. Besides, it is important to strengthen public control over a course of reform of military education from profile public associations, movements, and also a scientific approach to an assessment of efficiency of reform of military education.
