Abstract (English):
The main characteristics and sorts of cognitive barriers were revealed in this paper. Pedagogical conditions of overcoming students' cognitive barriers in foreign language teaching were disclosed. The approaches to the design of overcoming students' cognitive barriers technology and the principles of taxonomy of developmental tasks formation on the basis of foreign language.
