Abstract (English):
The author from a critical point of view analyzes the most common methods of the estimation of effectiveness in the commercialization of innovation information- communication line services, bases the application of a synthetic approach to molding of the procedure of the estimation of the effectiveness of innovation projects, which assumes the use both of financial, qualitative, and probabilistic methods of estimation, and also to the greatest degree of that considering riskiness and cyclic recurrence of molding of innovations in the sphere information- communication line services.
