Safety of baking production is reached by means of devices of control of the flour dust, established in ventilating system. The gazo-gidro-dynamic sensor where as sensitive elements it is used strain gages which are assembled according to the bridge scheme is offered. Development of the device of control will allow to reduce risks of diseases of a pneumoconiosis and bronchitis, also to reduce fire danger and potential of explosion of production.
