In today's market consumers are the determining factor of the financial success of the organization. So how exactly the consumer does chooses what to buy goods or services whose use. Therefore, timely and fully meet the requirements of consumers, making effective management decisions necessary to monitor customer satisfaction. Article is devoted to the development of methodology for assessing the satisfaction of the Federal State Organization "Administration on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan.
