The article analyses the role of symbolic regulations in the system of the social interactions. The studyconsiderstheimplementation of the symbolicinteractionismas the means for representation of the management information. The basicconceptofthesymbolicinteractionism ‘symbol’ isdefinedasavastrangeofmeanings including, except for the linguistic constructions proper, determinants in the form of cultural, organizational and group factors. The effectiveness of the management process is connected with the coincidence of the personified symbolic blocks of subject and object of the management interactions. Also the interrelations of the categories ‘management’ and ‘situation’ are being studied in the article.The aforesaid questions are studied from the point of view of the classic author theories of the symbolic interactionism. Variousscientificapproachesareofferedascomplimentary foundations explaining the research logic of the author. Thearticlefinally suggests research directions in the field of the management process interactionsthrough the symbolic interactionism paradigm.
