Concepts of professional educational programs of training of engineers, graduate students, retrainings and professional development of experts in the field of the power saturated materials, realized at institute of power saturated materials of Pardubice University, the Czech Republic are considered. The main features of the organization of educational process, the content of education are noted; the directions of research and methodical activity of institute of power saturated materials, and also problems of integration into the European and international educational space are mentioned.
