The research work describes the dependence of oxygen mass transfer factor and energy efficiency of oxygen transport on the intensity of stirring and aeration for the process of growing fodder yeast Rhodosporidium diobovatum RCIM Y-3158 on the filtered stillage, enriched with reducing substances.
