Abstract (English):
It is increasingly justified fears that Russian enterprises of electronic industry, the situation with the quality and reliability is not the best way. Alas, this applies not only to the enterprises of civil, but the defense industry. At the meeting of the heads of electronic industry was announced that 20% of the products are now electronic-component base does not meet the requirements of reliability. Up to 40% of outages is part of the military equipment of electronic equipment is due to failure of the element base. However, among the proposals to remedy the situation is almost always behind the scenes is a technique for more than half a century, used in the industry of Western countries in the manufacture of all types of complex products - both civilian and military purposes. This technique is the FMEA, the appearance of which in the postwar years in the United States was a response to increasing demands for reliability in a cardinal complication of technical systems.
