Abstract (English):
In this article the role of franchising in the sphere of services, including measures of stimulation for the development of service industries.. Found, that the establishment of public-private partnerships are observed positive trends in the development of service industries.. data Analysis with attraction of state-private partnership will increase tax revenues in the budget, increasing employment, reducing unemployment, introduction of new forms of organization, production, marketing and financing, attraction of foreign capital in the economy of the country, improvement of the quality of goods and services, optimization of price policy, inflation, increase of the level of life of the population.
