Processing of agricultural raw materials for food products occupies a significant place in the sphere of production. The food industry will be always the priority in the sphere of material production . Questions of staffing of the industry remain topical today. The main reasons for which young professionals are seeking to work in the specialty are: the low level of wages at the enterprises, producing food, lack of graduates ready to start a professional career with the lower levels of the work and the lack of a systematic interaction between educational institutions and enterprises of the industry.
