Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the implementation of international educational programs in Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology and Kazan National Research Technological University through the teaching of foreign languages. The authors show the key areas of work including Russian language teaching to students of Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology in Kazan National Research Technological University and Chinese language teaching to students of Kazan National Research Technological University at the Department of Foreign Languages for Professional Communication.
