Abstract (English):
Is the stress concentration at the edge of the hole in a circular plate within the task "a" (terminology A.I. Lurie [1]). The three-dimensional problem of equilibrium of circular plates consist of two-dimensional using Lagrangian principle possible movements. See also the results of the calculations the dimensionless stress at the edge of the holes under the action of compressive, smooth, fast diminishing surface load.
