In the study, special attention is focused on the formation of the students-bachelors competences. Developed a matrix of interrelation between the disciplines and formed competences for bachelors in the direction of 15100 «Technological machines and equipment». The correlation between the formation of the students ' competences, attracting them to various forms of innovative activity in the conditions of the innovation educational environment.
