Abstract (English):
Shows the effect of the enzymatic treatment of corn starch amylopectin of pullulanase on the physico-mechanical properties of biofilms. Found that enzymatic modification of the amylopectin corn starch can increase the mechanical strength and handling biofilms rheological properties of materials bioplenonochnyh.
