Abstract (English):
As a result of the radical post-revolutionary transformation in school education learning the old system was destroyed. Needed a new, communist technique to lay the consciousness of the next generation of a new ideology. A reorganization of secondary school. Polytechnic School of acquired character. Study was based on a new method komplesksnom. Subject system has been abolished. The party and government interference in the school continued to grow.
