It was proposed the self - avoiding random walks statistics for polymeric similar stars in diluted and concentrated solutions. On a basis of the proposed statistics the equilibrium thermodynamical properties (namely, volume, pressure, free energy) of the conformational state of polymeric stars and their transformation under the action of external forces have been described. It were determined the elastic properties (Yung’s modulus and modulus of shearing) of the conformational volume of polymeric stars and also obtained the expressions for the main forces and for the deformation work. The dynamical properties of polymeric stars, in particular their characteristic times of translational and rotational motions, on a basis of which the coefficients of diffusion and elastic component of a viscosity determined have been studied. In concentrated solutions the all thermodynamic and dynamical properties expressed not only as the functions on a length and on a number of rays, but also on the concentration of the polymeric stars.
