Abstract (English):
The comparative analysis of Bifidobacterium microorganisms growth on various media was conducted using the program of statistical data treatment. The purpose of the analysis was to develop the best way to rehydrate and reactivate the freeze-dried bacterial biomass. The experimental data in combination with economic efficiency showed the usefulness of the whey as the basis of nutrient medium for bacterial rehydration.
