Abstract (English):
Growth rates of labor productivity over the last 10 years significantly advanced growth rates of a salary in Russia. The hidden unemployment, the inefficient organization of work, low efficiency of project management, slow development of the entrepreneurship allow to predict low growth rates of labor productivity in economy of Russia. Dynamic introduction both technological, and administrative innovations is the important resource, which is capable to increase labor productivity to level of world leaders.
