A numerical study of Monte Carlo behavior characteristics strongly disordered Heisenberg model with long-range correlations of structural defects. In the simulation from fully ordered initial state the static and dynamic critical exponents were identified. We investigated the aging effects that appear in the two-time correlation function and the response function of the sample preparation time tw and observation time t-tw, and in violation of the fluctuation-dissipation relation.
