Background and significance of the issue of engineering ethics teaching are studied in terms of modernization and favorable conditions development for technological innovations. Key factors of engineering ethics are stated as well as its correlation with civil ethics and morality. A brief review of educational situation in this sphere in Russia is given along with prospects of future development.
