Abstract (English):
Calculations of substrates vacuum ion cleaning mode is given effective density of ionic current and demanded energy of particles are determined. Empirical calculation of characteristics of cathode dispersion of a disulfide of molybdenum is given. Technological devices for implementation of process of drawing tribotechnical coverings are offered.
