It has been established that the effect of glycerol, sorbitol, carbamide, latex as plasticizers on film materials properties is correlated with starch, sodium alginate and gelatin content in them. It has been shown that the introduction of carbamide as the plasticizer in the film materials based on starch and gelatin allows to obtain film materials with the best physical and mechanical properties.
