Abstract (English):
Results of research of management FD are resulted. Because of the various geometrical sizes base and modelling FD conditions of dynamic similarity for a turn around of the center of weights are formulated for set of coordinates. In work the method of management for set of parameters which provides dynamic similarity FD at a turn is offered. Modelling and the analysis of operated movement base and modelling FD in program complex Matlab in system Simulink is lead.
