In baking buns process it is possible to replace granulated sugar by glucose-fructose syrup (GFS) partially or completely. There is an example of the baking process of buns ”Novomoskovskoskij” with multifunctional baking enhancer “Pyshka”. Partial (50% and 75%) or complete replacement of granulate sugar by GFS demonstrate superb qualities of such baking mixes and baked goods.
