The process of enzymatic hydrolysis of corn was studied to produce the syrups with various carbohydrate compositions. The maltose product was obtained by using an enzymatic drug consisting of glucoamylase, xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase and α-amylase at 60 °C pH 6.5.
